Audio, video and transcripts
All 29 media files reduce to 16 distinct programmes. Every one is transcribed by machine (whisper.cpp, small model). The transcripts are here in full for reading; none has yet been verified against the audio, and no line should be quoted until it is. Dutch passages and poor audio are least reliable.
The two recordings that are yours, V-04 (de Jong, 31 March 2012) and V-05 (Richards), are listed first with the passages that will be put to you highlighted.
V-04. Jennifer de Jong case notes, 31 March 2012, 25:17 (RVE-0265)
Two speakers: de Jong, and an American man who calls HollywoodStreetKing 'my website' and says he sells stories to the National Enquirer and Star. The Index reads him as you; the ledger records Darrick as the person who recorded the call. Consent to being recorded is not stated. A farewell 'Bye, Eric' is audible at the end.
00:00And the mom is as we speak, but the first person I call, which is Archie and Boulevard,
00:14and they told me, "Well, we really want this exclusive, but I'm still waiting for that
00:22person to call me back to contact you." And I don't know what the reason is why he
00:30called me yet, but maybe you want to figure something out. And I want to wait for him
00:39because Archie and Boulevard is more important than the SPS speaks.
00:47And I've been told a lot specifically to reach out to RCL because I guess they give him more coverage
00:57over there. I guess after Whitney died, he was all over the news over there.
01:03Oh, exactly. And you asked me what else you want to do, well, a few years ago, that's when we found out about him.
01:17He told a local senator a few years ago, our singer, that she could see and push his
01:28husband, and he was like, "Oh, yeah, Bernie Bob is going to sing for the president of the United States."
01:43What's that? Hold on. What's this singer's name?
01:47"Krony." It's G-O-N-N-I-Y-E. "Krony." Yeah, contact her.
02:01"Krony with E-A-E." Oh, I got it.
02:07"Krony with I-E." Yeah, you have to Google her. And she is ex-wife. Do you have a free record shop in the state? I don't know.
02:17Free record shop? No.
02:19Yeah, it's similar to the origin. But I was married to this guy from the free record shop,
02:27who is a big thing here in the Netherlands. And then with Rebels, he said to her,
02:35"You can sing for the president, and I will arrange everything." And she believed him.
02:39So she told the press. And then later on, they found out that he clearly arranged anything.
02:45So she went to the press and told them that he was Black, Red, and everything.
02:55That's scam.
02:56Yeah. And so they, they told things about him in the news that he was a fraud.
03:07And then he came up with a story that he said, "Well, I'm a big person in the state,
03:19and I have some very important people around me, and I've been contact and blah, blah, blah."
03:25And so he said, "Well, if you don't believe me, I'm like a big friend of the Jackson family."
03:34Right.
03:35And I also know Jermaine Jackson, a person for a long time, and they were best buddies and blah, blah, blah.
03:45And they said, "Well, we don't believe you no more. You say many things."
03:50But then he came as proof with a video message, and in this video message, Jermaine Jackson...
03:59I've seen it.
04:00...was telling the Dutch people, like I know, or a rebel, so what's the big deal, you know?
04:08And then everybody was like, "Okay, well, okay, he might be telling us the truth."
04:17Questions.
04:18And we're, you know...
04:20What nationality is he?
04:22Is he Serenam?
04:23Is he Turkish?
04:24What is he?
04:26I think Serenam.
04:28Farley, I think.
04:31I don't know.
04:33I don't know.
04:34How about his real name?
04:35What?
04:36Yeah.
04:37It could be anything.
04:40I don't know.
04:41Where is he from?
04:43Where is he supposed to be from?
04:45People know him.
04:48People know him for a long, long time because my ex-manager, I spoke with him as well because
04:57he also has big contacts.
05:00He had a big house.
05:02He shared well.
05:04Many years ago, when he was just a little guy, he worked also as an actor.
05:12And he met him on set.
05:16And he also...
05:18He was like that.
05:20He wasn't telling people.
05:22He wasn't being...
05:24What was...
05:25He knew people.
05:26Do you remember...
05:27Do you remember what show he was acting on?
05:33Oh, no.
05:34I don't know.
05:35I can ask the person what...
05:39I can contact you with him and he can tell you many things.
05:43And like, I know a friend of mine, his name is Fetty.
05:47He went to the states to be an actor as well over there.
05:52And he met Greville and they had a great time in the states.
05:58And he also told me things that were kind of weird.
06:06Like, you are telling me now about what he does and so on.
06:11And he said, "Yeah, well, I didn't believe him that often
06:16that everything he told was completely true,
06:20but he managed it every time."
06:23And what about like...
06:27He told...
06:29Like he said, he knew the Jaxes.
06:31And before he knew, they were having dinner together
06:35with a Jaxa family.
06:37And so he thought, "Okay, well, he must be telling the truth."
06:41Because, yeah, this is a truth, you know,
06:45but what he says is a truth.
06:49It's hard to say now.
06:51Did you see the video?
06:53I said it...
06:54Yeah, I saw it.
06:55I love it.
06:56I mean, this is a breakdown, right?
06:59He broke off it.
07:01Is this... You put it on YouTube, can everybody see it right now?
07:06Or can Dutch media still have exclusive...
07:09Everybody can see it.
07:10I mean, we can...
07:11As far as media goes, we gave it to some shows here,
07:15non-exclusive, but I mean, we can give it to a media outlet
07:20for Holland, you know what I mean?
07:26Yeah, yeah, for Holland, okay?
07:29I mean, it doesn't matter to me.
07:31I've been getting mad emails and Twitter from people telling me,
07:34like, "You gotta expose this guy back in Holland,"
07:37because, you know, we killed him over here.
07:40He's been hiding.
07:41As far as I know, he might even be back in Holland right now.
07:44Yeah, yeah, probably.
07:47But like a week ago, or no, when he died.
07:55Last month?
07:56Like a month, no.
07:57Yeah.
07:58Well, and he came in and Dutch news, well,
08:03that he was the only person who could clean up the hotel room from with me.
08:10He said he cleaned it up?
08:11Yeah.
08:12On TV?
08:13He said...
08:14Well, it was on SBS 6.
08:20They said to the viewers that he told them,
08:25not on camera, but he told them, the Dutch press,
08:29that he was the only legalized person to clean up with his hotel room
08:34because he was her best friend.
08:37What did he say?
08:38What he cleaned out of there?
08:40Yeah, all the people, and the clerk, the person, the longings,
08:47and he had to put it in a box.
08:49And so nobody else from the hotel could steal it or use it and put it on eBay or whatever.
08:58And so he was the only one.
09:01Oh, the only one, not even the relatives, you know.
09:07But yeah, the cleaning up the room and he also sent some pictures from me with me.
09:22And they were like very close, hugging each other.
09:28I saw the picture.
09:30Whitney's wearing white.
09:32It's a blue background.
09:33There's some flowers.
09:34Yeah, yeah, yeah.
09:35Next to us.
09:42This guy's a real con man.
09:47Well, you know, he sold that picture of Whitney in the casket.
09:53Yeah.
09:54He saw the picture.
09:55He's the one that took the picture and sold it.
09:57I only found out about it because I was actually negotiating with the funeral home for the picture.
10:03I had an offer of a million dollars for that fucking picture.
10:06So I was trying to get my hands on it.
10:08I would have sold it in a second.
10:09I don't give a shit.
10:10Whitney, dead person, whatever.
10:13I was trying to get the picture directly from the funeral home and he fucking got it and sold it first.
10:20So I could have used that money.
10:26Yeah, of course.
10:29Do you know for 100% that he was the one who took the picture?
10:37Yes.
10:38Yeah, but they can't prove.
10:40Well, what we don't know is whether he was working with Pat Houston is the sister-in-law that used to manage Whitney.
10:51And her brother, Gary, she's married to her brother, Gary.
10:55And Gary and Pat, we think that Raffles did it with their permission because Raffles actually flew on the plane with the Houston family and the coffin to New Jersey.
11:08He was the only person not part of the family that flew on that flight.
11:13So we don't know if he's working in conjunction with these people to help rip off their family member.
11:19You know what I mean?
11:21Yeah, he's working with the Houston family.
11:26And I think he's working with the Houston family.
11:30Yeah, he's working with the Houston family.
11:33And he's working with the Houston family.
11:36And he's working with the Houston family.
11:39And he's working with the Houston family.
11:42And he's working with the Houston family.
11:45And he's working with the Houston family.
11:48He stole $25,000 and then kind of disappeared from George Benson's life.
11:55But still claimed --
11:57How did he get into his house and live there for a while?
12:02He made friends with one of Benson's sons lying.
12:07He claims that he's an entertainment consultant.
12:11You saw the dance video that he does.
12:13The guy's crazy.
12:15He's crazy.
12:18I think he's crazy with me.
12:20He has some work.
12:22He's got big balls.
12:25So we robbed George Benson and then just like everything that we put out in the video is exactly what the guy's operation is.
12:34And that video that you saw was originally he was trying to get --
12:39Some people caught him sneaking into an event at Michael Jackson's birthday.
12:45Before he was friends with the Jackson family, he went into a club and he cleared the --
12:49He went in and told security that he was with Michael Jackson and that they needed to clear out a place for VIP.
12:55And he roped it off himself and said that Michael Jackson needs 20 bottles of champagne.
13:00He was just acting as if he was that person.
13:02And then Michael Jackson got there and Jackson's security team kicked him out right away.
13:07So it took him a while to infiltrate, but it was just kind of like putting himself in that position.
13:12But so these film people caught him sneaking into something and were like, "Oh, this is fucking classic. We want to film it.
13:19Maybe do a reality show."
13:21So they filmed like 60 hours of this guy doing that type of stuff.
13:25And they went and shopped it to this company called Bunnam and Murray.
13:29And Bunnam and Murray used to do the real world for MTV.
13:33They were like the original reality TV guys from back in the day.
13:38So they took it to them and they were interested.
13:42But they hadn't met Raffles yet.
13:45So Raffles, so they're like, "Let's bring in Raffles and let's talk to them."
13:51So we came in and they said, "And the show premise was going to be --
13:56they said, you know, the show premise was going to be how would you make yourself famous in 60 days?"
14:03And they asked him, "What would you do?"
14:07And then he started just rambling about how he was in a taxi in Amsterdam smoking a joint with Whitney Houston.
14:14And they were like, "This guy is fucking crazy and didn't want to fuck with him anymore."
14:18But then he was saying that he actually wanted to use the footage to make it a reality show back in Europe.
14:25So he didn't want to blow his cover here.
14:27He wanted to film it here and then use it to sell it to like, I imagine, Dutch TV, basically,
14:34of him sneaking into all these celebrity things.
14:37But I think at the end of the day he was getting more of not being exposed
14:43and actually getting into these circles than he would have gotten from a reality show.
14:48Because as soon as people find out that he was really sneaking in, that he wasn't this person,
14:54he was not going to be able to get anything here in the States.
14:57And celebrities never like to tell when they've been taken advantage of, you know what I mean?
15:02Like, it's kind of embarrassing.
15:04So, I mean, if he hadn't have tried to get as much attention as he did out of Whitney Houston's death,
15:12he might still be under the radar.
15:16But, I mean, RTL is probably the best one.
15:22So, I mean, just have your guy contact me.
15:27I would even, I think it would be fun if they kind of set him up, if they brought him in and said
15:32they want to do like this exclusive about Whitney Houston and act like they don't even know about any of this other stuff
15:38and then just hit him over the head with it.
15:40Because this is expression.
15:42Oh, he's dead.
15:43Yeah, that would be hilarious.
15:45And seeing him on it.
15:46Yeah, I can fight.
15:47You know what?
15:48I'll talk to them, I'll give you, I'll give them your phone number and so on.
15:53And I can suggest his ID.
15:58I mean, just catching him on camera reacting to it would be classic because he's a real con man.
16:04So, I'd like to see how he tried to wiggle his way out of it.
16:07You know what I mean?
16:08Yeah.
16:09Yeah.
16:10I think it would make good television.
16:12Yeah, I think so too.
16:15Yeah, I think it would make good television.
16:18Yeah, I think it would make good television.
16:21Yeah, I think it would make good television.
16:23Yeah, I think it would make good television.
16:25Yeah, I think it would make good television.
16:27Yeah, I think it would make good television.
16:29Yeah, I think it would make good television.
16:31Yeah, I think it would make good television.
16:33Yeah, I think it would make good television.
16:35Yeah, I think it would make good television.
16:37Yeah, I think it would make good television.
16:39Yeah, I think it would make good television.
16:41Yeah, I think it would make good television.
16:43I know.
16:45Do we know how old Raffles is?
16:47What else do we know about Raffles?
16:49We don't know anything about them. Family.
16:51Yeah, I think approximately my age.
16:53Our age?
16:55Yeah, our age.
16:5736, right?
16:5935. Old lady.
17:01[ Laughter ]
17:03[ Laughter ]
17:05So, well, yeah.
17:07I keep you posted.
17:09And we don't know where we live.
17:11Or if he comes from a wealthy family.
17:13No.
17:15Kids.
17:17No, maybe sexual.
17:19Yeah, oh, yeah.
17:21In front of my study, he knows it quite well.
17:23So maybe I can ask him to contact him.
17:25Because he has his cell number and everything.
17:27So I don't think I'll address him.
17:29The people here say that he's like asexual.
17:31Like, he never -- they've never seen him with a woman.
17:33He pretends that he's staying at certain hotels.
17:35But he's not a woman.
17:37He's not a woman.
17:39He's not a woman.
17:41He's not a woman.
17:43He's staying at certain hotels.
17:45But he's really like staying at a free hotel.
17:47If somebody that he knows, they've tried to follow him once.
17:49They've never seen him with a woman.
17:51Nothing's ever been kind of like --
17:53It makes me think of that movie with Leonardo DiCaprio.
17:55With who?
17:57With his family.
17:59Or what is it called?
18:01That's the --
18:03He had --
18:05He had a story that he told everybody.
18:09Like he's a pilot.
18:11Oh, yeah, yeah.
18:13Catch me if you can.
18:15Catch me.
18:17What?
18:19It makes me think again.
18:21Yeah.
18:23It's a kind of --
18:25You know?
18:27He doesn't know nothing about him.
18:29And he's moving around.
18:31Yeah.
18:33But, okay, I keep it posted.
18:37And, yeah, maybe now if you hear more things
18:43or what I should tell me
18:45or what you want me to do or whatever.
18:47And I --
18:49Oh, yeah, I tried to find him on Twitter.
18:53But maybe I can --
18:55He's on Twitter.
18:57But he's walking all out.
18:59Private.
19:01Yeah, exactly.
19:03Yeah.
19:05He's in my world.
19:07This is what I do every day is to expose people.
19:11He's just the latest on the list.
19:13He was a good one.
19:15That was a good exclusive that we got.
19:17That was -- I do that all the time, though.
19:19He's just a fun one.
19:21What?
19:23You wrote something about an article in Forbes?
19:25What was that?
19:27The website that I sent you with the black guy at the top?
19:31Yeah.
19:33That's my website.
19:35Yeah, I know.
19:37What has it to do with the Forbes magazine article?
19:39Forbes wrote an article asking who Raffles was
19:43because after Whitney died,
19:45he was down at Clive Davis' party.
19:47And he was telling every --
19:49he was telling Clive Davis and Oprah's friend Gail King.
19:53He was telling her -- he was telling them --
19:55and he used Whitney's tickets to go to the party.
19:58And Whitney was still dead upstairs.
20:00They hadn't --
20:02No fucking way.
20:04And he used --
20:06So he's down at the party crying and telling everybody
20:09that he found Whitney's body,
20:11that he's the one that found her,
20:13and it was so sad.
20:15So Forbes wrote the article, "Who is this guy?"
20:18He claims to be this.
20:20He was in Michael Jackson's camp.
20:22Who is Raffles?
20:24After I read that article,
20:27we started publishing stuff about who is this guy, Raffles.
20:30So then the women --
20:32the woman that actually filmed all this footage called me
20:35and said, "Hey, I know exactly who this guy is."
20:38And she gave us the whole story,
20:40but she didn't want to come out and be public
20:42because she doesn't want to be associated with him.
20:45She just wants him to be exposed
20:47because she basically watched him defraud everybody.
20:50So she gave us the footage
20:53and the whole background.
20:55So then I called --
20:57His name is Roger Friedman.
20:59I called Roger and said, "Hey, listen,
21:02we've got the whole background to your story."
21:05His story was, "Who is Raffles?"
21:07So we sent him the whole background,
21:09and then he's got a lot more resources than us.
21:12So he started calling --
21:14he started calling up, like, the Jackson camp
21:17and George Benson's family.
21:20And at the same time that we were putting heat on him,
21:24the funeral home,
21:26who was being accused of selling the photo --
21:29which they were supposed to sell it to me, but they actually didn't --
21:32they were being accused in the press of having sold the photo,
21:35but they knew that Raffles was the one that took it.
21:38They just didn't know who Raffles was.
21:40They just thought he was part of Houston's family on "Terrage."
21:44So after we gave the drop to Roger Friedman,
21:48he was doing his investigation,
21:50and it came out that Raffles was the one that actually took the photo
21:53and sold it to the National Enquirer.
21:55And I actually worked with the National Enquirer and Star Magazine,
21:59so I had all the side information.
22:01Because he sold it to exactly who I was going to sell it to.
22:04Those are the people that I sell shit to.
22:07They have the most money.
22:09So then it all came out.
22:12Basically, you know, the video that we put out
22:16backed up everything that everybody was saying.
22:19Because a lot of people say stuff nobody really knew,
22:22but the video is what basically he couldn't get out of.
22:26You know what I mean?
22:28That was proof positive of the fact that he was really scamming people.
22:33And that's easy.
22:34I used to do that shit on a smaller level.
22:36When I first got out to LA, I used to pretend I was with the record label
22:41or something to get into free shows.
22:43You know what I mean?
22:44I just put on my cell phone.
22:46If you act the part, most people don't question you.
22:49You know what I mean?
22:50Because who acts the part?
22:52Who acts like there's somebody that they're not?
22:54You know what I mean?
22:55I didn't do it on that level.
22:58But I mean, I was getting into free shows every night
23:00just acting like I was with the band.
23:03So I'm familiar with it.
23:06But yeah, have your people contact me.
23:09Even if it's by email, it's cool.
23:12You know, that might be easier for some people.
23:15But I mean, yeah, it's whatever.
23:18Here, I'm going to type out an email for you to get the wonker.
23:23Okay, what I do, I wait a day for RTL Boulevard to give me a call.
23:30And they won't call me today.
23:34I will call myself tomorrow.
23:37And ask them what's up.
23:41But if they don't want to do it, I will call the KSPS 6.
23:46Because they really would love this.
23:50They just, they really showed that thing with me
23:54and that he was the only one, you know.
23:57So I bet they would really want this.
24:03So let's please type RTL.
24:07All right.
24:11Yes.
24:14Okay, good.
24:15Perfect.
24:17Okay, then. Well, see you soon.
24:20Ciao. Bye-bye.
24:22Bye.
24:37Bye, Eric.
24:42Bye.

V-05. Ronald Richards discusses the Raffles affidavit, c. 29 to 31 March 2012, 1:34 (RVE-0268)
Begins mid-sentence. The attorney's identity rests on the filename. The narcotics claims are the affiant's allegations as relayed by the attorney, not findings. Note 'a Dutch national': the executed affidavit's declarant is an American in Australia.
00:00in distribution and observed numerous conduct consistent
00:10with large-scale narcotics trafficking.
00:19>> Right.
00:19>> Yeah, he was also killed, so as in for killed, so was a victim
00:34of raffles shipping federal express boxes between Chicago
00:41and Amsterdam and Los Angeles and Amsterdam,
00:44which is commonly associated with --
00:50those are well-known narcotics routes.
00:54So the affidavit will be turned
01:02into the homicide bureau
01:06of the Beverly Hills Police Department for their use
01:09in this investigation.
01:12>> Got it.
01:13Okay, so let's back up and repeat what you said.
01:17>> I recorded that part.
01:18The beginning is we have a sworn statement from a Dutch national
01:25who has an extensive history and association,
01:29long-time association with Raffles Van Exel.

02:33Die zei eerst "Wagaret over".
02:35Toen zeiden we dat we er over geen man gingen...
02:37...zo even op internet kijken.
02:38"Oje, het is over de nieuwszijde."
02:40"Dan moet ik het aan de persofficier geven."
02:42"We zijn nu in contact met de persofficier van Justitie."

00:00I said immediately to the police, "This is the person who you need to check out because right now he's a bad guy."
00:06He came downstairs into the Beverly Hilton Hotel and he said to me, "I was with Whitney when she died."
00:12And I said, "And I know him from Los Angeles and I know him from Michael Jackson and I know that he is a hustler and a cop man."
00:19And he said, "Oh yes, I was with her and he's crying his eyes out and going around to every celebrity telling them that he's the one who did it, that he found her."
00:27Well then he also cleaned up the cocaine and the crack pipe.
00:30You know, I saw her chasing a dream, you know, looking for love in all the wrong places.
00:38What he does is he gets with these celebrities, always when they're at a low point. He took all the pictures.
00:44He's the only person who could have taken it because first of all, the funeral parlor in New Jersey.
00:51The woman who owns the funeral parlor said that she has an employee who witnessed him taking the picture.
00:57Pat and Gary Houston and Raffles were the only ones in that room after Whitney died.
01:02Another detective called me on my cell phone and said that he was very concerned because he had seen the picture of Raffles on TMC,
01:10from Tuesday night coming out of the nightclub with Whitney.
01:13And he said if Raffles isn't that picture, then he is the cause of her death.
01:18He's hiding. He's totally hiding because he's in a lot of trouble.
01:22I'm hoping that the police department in Beverly Hills is following the story. I can't make them do it.

00:27And me and you talking together is definitely special and it's emotional and I know it is.
00:33Rage, we all know what happened.
00:35However, what you probably don't know is yesterday, 12 Michael Jackson fans committed suicide.
00:41Michael Jackson fans?
00:42Yep.
00:43And nine are in the hospital right now.
00:46It's like, we're going all crazy.
00:48Sorry about that, man.
00:49Can I get you to give a shout out to the fans to stop the madness, the craziness?
00:54Yeah.
00:55So you know what you guys don't, Michael wouldn't have wanted that.
00:58Keep it going.
00:59Let's celebrate.
01:00Let's be positive.
01:01Let's mourn in the right way, but let's celebrate for all of the positive things he's done for us.

00:00Hi, my name is Raffles Van Exel, I'm sitting here with Frank Blio.
00:13Frank on request for myself has approved two months ago to do an interview with the fans.
00:20However, because of my scheduling and Frank's scheduling and of course the premiere of This
00:25Is It, just now we were able to do the interview.
00:30Frank has not seen the questions, the questions have been asked by you the fans.
00:36However, MJJ community, the staff and the senior staff board members have picked the questions.
00:46So, if your question is not in here and is not answered, it has nothing to do with me
00:53or with Frank Blio, it has all to do with the senior staff who picked the questions.
01:00By that one said, Frank, thank you for this interview.
01:04It's my pleasure.
01:08There is a group, a small organization, as you know of right now, what is called This
01:13Is Not It.
01:15Supposedly numerous of them have written letters to Michael the day before or 48 hours before
01:22Michael's passing, explaining their concern about his health, that he was getting skinnier
01:29and skinnier.
01:31What is your take on that?
01:33Well, it's great that they wrote letters, I'm not aware of them.
01:39There was a concern by one of the staff members that Michael lost a few pounds.
01:44I brought it up with Michael.
01:46I forced a meeting with the doctor, which we had never met until that time.
01:52And they said that Michael was in good shape, that yes, he did lose a couple pounds because
01:56he wanted to.
01:57He was eating healthy, he was eating right, he was taking all the right vitamins.
02:04That's what we were told.
02:05I went back to that staff member, senior board, he was 136 pounds.
02:11He wasn't 108 pounds, like people want everybody to believe.
02:17He is in the 80s, I would say he was anywhere from, if we weren't working, maybe 150, or
02:26145.
02:27And I would say that when I came here in March, he was about 145, 142.
02:37But he, as a dancer, particularly in the way he danced now, he wanted to be a little
02:45slumber.
02:46You know, he was a good, I think he was in better health today than he was then, because
02:52then he was a vegetarian.
02:53And he fasted once a week, and he had all these things that he did.
02:58So, I think that's false.
03:01And what about Karen Faye, she admitted hopefully on her Facebook that there was something wrong.
03:10Well, there was a lot of people besides Karen Faye that interacted with Michael, and we
03:17didn't see anything wrong.
03:19Karen Faye certainly has her opinion.
03:24Karen Faye felt, feels and felt that she was very close to Michael.
03:29I respect that.
03:30That's her opinion.
03:32Okay.
03:33Marlon Jackson went on the record on CNN, Roland Martin, and he said that Michael was
03:40not feeling well early in the morning of June the 25th.
03:46And late at night of the 24th.
03:48If that is true, can you tell us what was wrong with Michael?
03:53Did Michael requested to go to the hospital in the early morning hours?
03:57No.
03:58I don't think that Marlon spoke to him on the morning of the 25th.
04:03And I'm not sure he spoke to him the night of the 24th.
04:08We left the Staple Center and we said goodbye.
04:12Michael was very happy.
04:14I just solidified his Halloween special, and he won it from the time I got here with NBC.
04:21We laid out what we wanted to do with the film Ghost, and what his participation was,
04:27and he was accepted of that.
04:29He was extremely happy.
04:31He went home.
04:34Whatever happened at home in the privacy, I can't account for it.
04:39Michael Jackson was an adult.
04:41When we left Staple Center or wherever we were rehearsing, I'd go to my residence and
04:48he'd go to his.
04:51The man wanted some privacy.
04:53He wanted his free time to be his free time.
04:57I couldn't, you know, nobody involved in this group of people was the hall monitor.
05:05We spent hours with him at the theater or so.
05:09But once he went home, unless he called you two in the morning to ask you a question,
05:15that wasn't about it.
05:17But I'm not sure if Marlon spoke to him that night, because we didn't leave the Staple Center
05:23until about midnight.
05:26I know he didn't speak to anyone.
05:29Okay.
05:30Well, on an all other thing, some of the fans, some fans, not some of the fans, some fans
05:34are speculating that AEG and everyone involved with AEG is conspire, is conspiracy to murder
05:44of Michael Jackson.

00:13The American dream is alive.
00:15You're looking at me.
00:16There is nothing that will stop me.
00:18We're gonna educate you on what to do and what not to do in the entertainment industry.

01:04You have to think about it.
01:06Celebrities are just like regular human beings.
01:09The more they see you, the more comfortable they will get with you.
01:14So that suddenly when you're around, they will pull you in.
01:18It doesn't have to be always red carpet.
01:20It can be somebody's birthday party.
01:22You see, the first thing that you're trying to do is become a part of the circle.
01:26Once you're in there, the network starts.
01:28Let people know who you are, where you're from.
01:31Start shaking hands, making some pictures.
01:33We're on our way to the MGM Billboard Music Awards.
01:37Are we gonna succeed?
01:39We're here.
01:41It's your luck that you create yourself.
01:44Right place, right time, right moment, and it's all yours.

01:52He's like, "Oh, you guys wanna ride?"
01:53We're like, "Why not?"
01:54We just jumped in and the fool drove us directly past every security,
02:00every ticket, where they would look at credentials.

02:11Did you guys have passes?
02:12Yes.
02:16Last minute we were running to Joe Jackson.

00:06How do you become a star?
00:08How do you become an entertainer?
00:11My name is Raffles Van Hexel.
00:13The American dream is alive.
00:15You're looking at me.
00:16There is nothing that will stop me.
00:18We're gonna educate you on what to do and what not to do in the entertainment industry.
00:24The boundaries that you have to break.
00:25Everybody has a law and a rule, but they are made to be broken.
00:29As long as you do it elegantly.
00:31It's all yours.
00:33[MUSIC]
01:00This is my story.
01:47We pulled up in a regular taxi.
01:49Golf cart pulls up with a security guy.
01:52He's like, "Oh, you guys wanna ride?"
01:53We're like, "Why not?"
01:54We just jumped in and the fool drove us directly past every security,
02:00every ticket, where they would look at credentials.
02:05Remember somebody saying, "Do you guys have passes?"
02:07And I'm like, "Yep."
02:09He walked in.
02:11Did you guys have passes?
02:12Yes.
02:16Last minute we were running to Joe Jackson.
02:19He was without his PR agent, so we basically took charge.
02:22The easiest thing is to walk around here
02:24and walk on the red carpet that way because the line starts there.
02:32He will do interviews.
02:34He will do interviews.
02:35Mr. Jackson, we have live and air with Ryan Sequest.
02:39What is he here tonight for?
02:40Is he accepting an award?
02:42Can't tell you.
02:43I'm not allowed to.
02:45I am.
02:47Right here with your artist, and we can send you here with your new artist.
02:51If we can get you, sir, Mr. Jackson,
02:54if we can get you an inside edition quick,
02:56we have our own camera teams here too.
02:58Are you really?
02:59Oh, you're doing a satellite.
03:00Maybe we could come up with a quick.
03:01You know what time?
03:02I'll give you a call.
03:03I'll give you a call.
03:04I gotta go.
03:05Let's do this quick.
03:06We walk Mr. Jackson in, and then we'll take it from there.
03:09Thank you guys.
03:10Mr. Jackson, let's go.
03:11Follow this gentleman right here.
03:12Hold up, hold up, hold up, hold up, hold up.
03:14We got a call-sign.
03:15So we got stopped only one time for the ticket,
03:17but when they looked at two of the security guys from the MGM Grand,
03:21who were with Joe Jackson,
03:22it was right away like, oh, come on everybody, go in.
03:25See, a lot of people have been asking me like,
03:27"Raphael, how do you do it?
03:28Is it really that easy?"
03:32Yes, it is.
03:39Now we're all the way backstage.
03:40Once again, go for the kill,
03:43and never take no for an answer,
03:45especially not from somebody who's not in the power or liberty to say yes.
03:51A chocolate move.
03:54Nancy.
04:03Mr. Wonder.
04:04I am young George Benson.
04:10My dad is GB.
04:11No, you want a picture?
04:12I just wanted to say hi.
04:13It's been a long time.
04:15I'm in front of you.
04:23Well, we're here in Phoenix, Arizona
04:26with the Barrett Jackson auction.
04:29I heard they're going to have a live band performing.
04:32Let's hope the band knows some nice South American tunes
04:35so we can turn the house upside down
04:38and do it the raffles way.
04:41Hello, Phoenix.
04:47Alright, we're going to start a party right.
04:49Come on.
05:12Every event you have people who work there
05:16who got hired for that event, who are volunteers
05:19who don't know the crap that they're supposed to do.
05:23If you go in with a little authority, it's all yours.
05:28We conquered pizza cake, organization.
05:32If I had to rate it, what to see?
05:41Thank you!
benoit/Roger Friedman speaks out against raffles.mp4
I can't make them do it.
benoit/raffles frank dileo interview.mp4

08:35I dint see, and I've got a friend, a dear mentor,

09:05Is it heavy?
09:06Yes, it is heavy.
09:08Also to hear how someone was so close to him,
09:10and indeed that is very important conclusion,
09:12that he did not have the opportunity to come.
09:14So what we all think and what we also read,
09:16could not be different.
09:17People have thought about him,
09:19this is so total unexpected death,
09:21and indeed that explains the second autopsy that the family has achieved.

00:00Hey guys, I'm Misty Kingmaugh with Mingo Media TV's Red Carpet Report.
00:03Today I'm reporting here in Beverly Hills at the GBK Gifting Lounge for the Golden Globes.
00:08#GBKGlobesGiftLounge.
00:10Look, there's the Hollywood sign! Can you see it?
00:15Hey guys, I'm here with Raffles and Jeffrey. Tell us about Stop Bullying now. What is this?
00:20Well, we are introducing Miles the Monkey. Miles the Monkey is the official mascot for Stop Bullying now.
00:26How are you doing, Miles?
00:27I think he's doing great. I mean, Miles has met so many celebrities today that he's out of his mind.
00:33He's really cute, by the way.
00:35Thank you. We teamed up with the Chaka Khan Foundation, with the George Lopez Foundation, with GBK, with the Whitney Houston Foundation for Children.
00:42Incredible.
00:43Yeah, we wanted to create Miles, make him trendy so that everybody would rock a t-shirt.
00:51And by you rocking the t-shirt, we know one thing, you're cool because you don't bully.
00:56I absolutely love this message and the t-shirt. I love the whole thing.
00:59Thank you.
01:00It's a fantastic idea.
01:01Thank you, yeah. And I think it's now that the awareness has to be here, that bullying is wrong and stop it. And we gotta stop it now.
01:08So how can people get involved and how can they buy these shirts?
01:11We're not selling the shirts. That's the beauty of it, because we're not raising money for anything. We're raising awareness.
01:17Okay.
01:17However, Miles has his own Facebook page.
01:20(laughs)
01:20Twitter?
01:21Miles is on Twitter. Miles is on Twitter, Twitter.MilesTheMonkey1. And on Facebook, it's Miles The Monkey.
01:30And I hope for everybody to come and follow him. Miles is gonna travel around the world, going from hand to hand.
01:36His debut is at the Grammys this year, when I hand them to 50 Cent. 50 Cent takes them with him to New York.
01:42And from there, we will only know where Miles is by Facebook.
01:46Oh my gosh, I love this.
01:48Isn't it great?
01:49I love this. It's such a great idea.
01:50Thank you.
01:51you guys. Look out for miles on Facebook and Twitter.

00:00So what do you think you said you represented something and that she represented something
00:08different?
00:09What do you think the differences were and what you represented?
00:12I just represented a different kind of art.
00:17Our art was a different art.
00:20It's much more respectable.
00:22It's much more long term as far as her demographic and the time that she's been in the game.
00:28She's built up a certain image and a certain brand that will go around forever beyond
00:36anybody but like a Michael Jackson or Steven Wonder or Elvis Presley.
00:40It's in that realm.
00:42Like when you think of me, you think of a gang of women.
00:45Like if I can play you a song with a range of these and it's like something on the marble
00:50floor and I keep a bunch of bitches like Ray J. Norwood.
00:53Like that's what you think.
00:55You know what I mean?
00:57So it's kind of like another rapper.
01:0030 bitches in the crib.
01:02I'm Ray J.
01:03Like just any rap out there.
01:05I went on stage with 50 Cent two months ago.
01:07It was like before I played this PIMP song, I want to bring out one of the biggest pimps
01:12in the game and then I came out then.
01:14You don't know what you heard about and you know so that's what they expect from me.
01:20When you and Whitney started hanging out, was it more sort of brother sister?
01:28Never.
01:29No.
01:30I only hang out with one person and like sister.
01:33Right.
01:34Friends is somebody that I looked up to absolutely.
01:38Big fan, totally.
01:40Kind of, not really.
01:42Respective to fact that he was, he was, he was here.
01:46But I didn't care, but my thing was I still go through a withdrawal of the time being spent
01:53though because it's like I would love to sit and talk and talk about the better times
01:58in life and provide and be a friend and have a glass of wine and listen to some great tunes
02:04and talk from six to nine thirty.
02:08I'm good.
02:09From four thirty in the evening to about ten thirty, eleven thirty.
02:15Now I got the urge to hit the club and to be back around some young fun.
02:21You know what I'm saying?
02:22I had that urge so that's pretty much what it is.
02:27You know what I mean?
02:28But again, she knows I'm a bad boy.
02:30She knows that.
02:31Were you conscious when you would be in your relationship with her, you were more conscious
02:37about when I'm, okay, it's Whitney Tyre, I gotta turn down the bad boy.
02:42Absolutely.
02:43Okay.
02:44Especially public week.
02:45Right.
02:46I'm still me, but you know as far as my Tyre, as far as where I took her, as far as the
02:51security team that I brought around her, as far as what I had her where, as far as the
02:56money that I invested in her, to fly in private, you know, from Vegas to New York or LA or
03:06wherever we went.
03:07It was always private jet, it was always first class, everything.
03:10And then on, it wasn't a little boy's year.
03:15Like, put it like this, like Bobby Brown, you know, might not have taken the bill, you
03:19know, at a restaurant.
03:20That was $700.
03:21That's why I am me, because I know how to press the limit.
03:25Right.
03:26If I am with Whitney Houston, I know I can get a private jet.
03:30I know that.
03:31Right.
03:32For free.
03:33Right.
03:34So I'm gonna push the line until it happens.
